Autotrack
is a company that specializes in development, design, integration and sales
of intelligent systems for the transportation sector and alike (ITS). It
also offers administration services and vehicle fleet control with the use
of these systems. Autotrack started in 1993 under the name of Carlog Latinamerica. By 1995 it became Autotrack, as it is known today. Vision The companys vision is to be by the year 2004, one of the leaders in the development and provision of ITS solutions and services (Intelligent Systems at the service of the transportation sector), using high technology, focusing on client satisfaction, offering customized products, at national and international level, and basing its strategy in the excellence of the service, the high quality of products and the satisfaction of employees, providers, shareholders and community in general. Mission Autotrack´s mission is to research, design, develop, integrate, sell and provide ITS solutions and services, "intelligent systems at the service of transportation", customized for the client and the market. ISO 9000 While searching for a constant development and improvement of the quality of its products and services, Autotrack is in the process of certification under Norm ISO 9000, which evaluates all of the companys processes. |

OF ISO 9000 PROJECT
To integrate the Quality Requirements established in ISO 9000 with Autotrack quality systems, so as to optimize the processes, to obtain satisfactory and consistent levels of quality in the products and to meet the expectations of clients, making customer commercial relationships easier long term. |

Quality is everyones commitment and it is the responsibility of high
management to make sure that the culture of Quality be present in all personnel
and that its application be alive and permanent. Define, establish and keep up to date a System of Quality, whose elements are found in the Quality Manual. Provide the company with the human and technical resources needed to insure the quality of the services provided with the established requirements. To create a favorable climate to promote quality inside the company, training and motivating personnel in relation to quality and team work, allowing for professional and personal development of all of its members and the attainment of the required quality. To insure the permanent revision of the Quality Control System thru internal quality audits that allow a critical revision and its improvement. To permanently strive for our customers satisfaction working in the prevention of disagreements, getting ahead of their possible appearance, finding a quick and favorable response to any client damages. |
To develop in our employees those skills that allow for delegation of responsibilities
and self control of their activities. Personnel qualification is enhanced thru a careful selection, induction, training, and recognition, in a proactive work setting. To obtain total customer satisfaction, maintaining his trust thru the accomplishment of the provision of our service and constant improvement , seen as the companys engagement with Quality. Quality seen as the full internal and external client satisfaction goes beyond the final product per se, as the Company also looks for quality of products and processes and the quality of administrative management using indicators that show the accomplishment of particular goals. Agreements with internal clients over product specifications, materials in process and processes are backed by high Management and are part of the Quality assurance strategy. Agreements with material and raw material providers will be established in order to assure quality of purchases. |
