MANAGEMENT LINE AND FLEET CONTROL Fuelmaster Fuelmaster is a pioneer system in Ecuador of management and control of vehicle fleets in the area of fuel. This system allows the control of fuel load and the performance of vehicles, avoiding cash handling, cards, loading orders, and IOU’s. This system can save up to 60% on fuel expenses. Fuelmaster Services Besides automatic fuel supply, we offer our clients services related to information processing thru our Transaction Center. These reports include: • Supply coupons • Revision of periodical yields • Comparison of periodic fuel consumption • Savings Analysis • Fuel supply frequencies OBC (On Board Computer) OBC is a management and fleet operating control system. This system works like a "black box", and allows controlling activities and auto yields, avoiding bad auto handling and it depends on the auto safety in itself. The system registers auto information, its activities and its use in general. The product also registers information from the driver and authorizes the turning on of the vehicle, protecting it from theft. It does not allow non authorized drivers.It can save up to 12% of fleet expenses. OBC Services (On Board Computer) Autotrack also offers services concerning production of reports with information regarding auto fleet administration which include: • Distances travelled • Maintenance Program • Drivers exams OBC and GPS (Global Positioning System) The OBC system is tied to the GPS system which permits to determine the geographical position of the vehicle thru the satellite. This information is stored to generate control reports later. OBC and GPS (On Board Computer) Services Reports include information on: • Optimization of distance travelled • Route Control AVL (Automatic Vehicle Localization) AVL is an automatic system that provides a car’s location thru the use of GPS (Global Positioning System). It allows following, locating and communicating with each vehicle of the fleet on real time. It makes it possible to have a very strict control of its operation, allowing the optimization of the logistics, a substantial reduction of operating costs and an increment in security. At the present time, this system is exclusively distributed in Ecuador thru the strategic alliance of RoadTrack and General Motors. AVL (Automatic Vehicle Localization) Services It is possible to get information regarding: • Real time vehicle location • Stolen cars recovery • Remote vehicle halting • Location Based Services MANAGEMENT AND GAS STATION CONTROL LINE AutoGas AutoGas is an administrative and logistic control informational system for gas stations, including related services such as convenience stores, car wash and oil changes. Starting with an accounting control, it can offer total control thanks to its modular capacity to expand. It offers gas spouts, automatic billing, client loyalty, tank control and the whole operating aspect of the company.
